Dear NEMA Residents,
The Governor of the State of Illinois has issued a “Stay at Home” order effective at 5:00 pm on Saturday, March 21 to help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus. This order will be in effect until Tuesday, April 7. To view the Governor's address in its entirety, please follow this link.
NEMA Chicago will continue to operate as we have for the past week in order to help maintain the integrity of these efforts. We ask you to do your part in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of our community by following the protocols recommended by the State of Illinois and the CDC and by being understanding, kind and considerate during this stressful time.
Fortunately, this afternoon we were able to further our social distancing efforts by replacing the lobby door access buttons with touchless motion sensors. These sensors are activated with a wave of a hand instead of physical touch and can be found at the doors in both Signature and Skyline lobbies. Click here for a demonstration of this process. Please note that key credentials still must be presented between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
Please reach out by phone or via email at [email protected] should you have any additional questions or concerns.
Best regards,
Mark Mybeck
