The Real Deal reported back in July that developer Crescent Heights managed a refinancing deal ahead of the opening of NEMA Chicago, the second tower in the award-winning NEMA rental brand. The $340 million deal locked in a lower interest rate moving forward for the tower, which is the tallest residential building in the Windy City, containing 800 South Loop rentals ranging in size from studios to four bedrooms. In addition to luxury interiors and panoramic city and Lake Michigan views, residents at NEMA Chicago enjoy access to the building’s suite of recreational and fitness amenities, which spans 70,000 square feet and includes everything from outdoor decks with fireplaces to a boxing ring.
