NEMA Chicago was first up in Michigan Avenue Magazine’s spread of the best luxury homes coming to Chicago this year, leading with a gorgeous shot of the Lake Michigan shore from one of the superlative tower’s outdoor amenities lounges. While the tower, which is the tallest residential building in the city, is home to a total of 800 South Loop rentals, the magazine highlighted the Skyline Collection of 126 two- to four-bedroom homes on floors 49 through 76. All residents will have access to the building’s suite of luxury amenities, which spans 70,000 square feet and includes everything from an indoor lap pool to a golf simulator and Pilates studio.
