Curbed is helping to build excitement about the Downtown Chicago apartments at NEMA via a new batch of interior renderings showing off the building’s gorgeous homes and amenities spaces. The 896-foot-tall, Rafael Viñoly-designed tower on the southern edge of Grant Park features interiors by Chicago native David Rockwell, whose tasteful, modern design shines in a rendering of a corner home with a private balcony, a sleek kitchen island, custom cabinetry, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The poolside rendering also reveals a future that will include spectacular views through massive windows and an outdoor amenities deck that looks out on Downtown and Lake Michigan.
