Developer Crescent Heights, in collaboration with Rafael Viñoly Architects and Rockwell Group, has created a breathtaking skyscraper on the southern edge of Grant Park, taking inspiration from the city’s rich architectural legacy while integrating contemporary aesthetics and sustainability guidelines to create a thoroughly modern collection of Downtown Chicago rentals. When complete later this year, NEMA Chicago will stand 76 stories tall and be home to 800 rental homes and 70,000 square feet of luxury amenities, all with spectacular Lake Michigan views.
